medium demonstration. During the hour-long discussion Novella explains his
position on the psychic medium phenomena:

". certainly our starting point, our starting hypothesis, is that there is no
paranormal psychic phenomenon going on here. the whole point of designing a protocol
is that the bias should be rendered irrelevant. and the protocol has to be at least
tight enough that we can rule out what our hypotheses.which is that mediums produce
the results that they do through cold readings."

Novella and Tsakiris also discuss the particulars of their upcoming demonstration of
